Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As an Advanced RBT, you will play a critical role in providing intensive 1:1 therapy and support to our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other language delays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other language delays.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and maintenance programs to support client progress.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on client behavior and progress.
  • Assist in training and supporting a small team of therapists to provide quality services to all clients.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and Clinical Directors to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Proven experience in providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions and implementing skill acquisition programs.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
