About the Job

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking a qualified and passionate Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D or BCBA) to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis.

The ideal candidate must be board certified in one of these certifications, have a genuine passion for working with individuals and their families, flexibility, and a philosophy for a team work environment. Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned patients
  • Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients
  • Collect and analyze ABA data
  • Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection, and observation as well as evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with families and other providers
  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Possibly supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable)
Job Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree per certification level
  • BCBA-D or BCBA certification by the BACB
  • Quality technical skills and passion for quality services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized and flexible
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with electronic data collection software

  • 3 clinical directors with over 20+ years of combined ABA experience

  • 16+ free BACB CEUs per yr offered internally
  • Monthly Journal club to review research articles
  • No Non Competes

Pay Range: $42-$48 per billable hour
