Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Behavior Therapist to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center.

As a Child Behavior Therapist at Lighthouse, you'll work collaboratively with a team of experienced clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. You'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
  • Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Use your creativity and enthusiasm to create a play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
  • Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare them for a successful transition to a traditional school setting.
  • Track and document progress for each child as you implement custom therapy programs.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children preferred but not required.
