Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
- Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding client progress.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Track client progress and program data.
- Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
- Strong ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
