Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills through play-based therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, using evidence-based ABA techniques
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
