The Role


We are in search of a skilled performance marketer with a proven track record in executing cost-efficient lead generation and sales-driven campaigns to propel growth and lead acquisition on our paid social media platforms.

This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to advance their professional journey by expanding marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing paid social marketing channels to meet performance benchmarks and facilitate channel expansion.
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of lead generation campaigns aimed at supporting Vivint's internal sales team, with a focus on driving cost-effective installations.
  • Support the implementation of strategies, objectives, and goals for paid social marketing initiatives designed to enhance leads, sales, and installations of Vivint systems.
  • Conceive, execute, and manage paid social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain multiple advertising campaigns targeting audiences at various stages of the marketing/sales funnel within each channel.
  • Assist in identifying, building, and testing new audience segments for more precise advertising.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional calendars.
  • Contribute to the creative process by storyboarding and developing concepts for diverse audiences, ad sets, and campaigns that resonate with target demographics.
  • Prepare comprehensive creative briefs for the project manager, creative team, and marketing operations team to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns, covering creative development, tag/pixel implementation, attribution tracking/reporting, and compliance alignment.
  • Regularly collaborate with the creative team to assess performance and brainstorm new tests and enhancements for ads.
  • Craft engaging and sales-oriented marketing copy for digital advertisements.
  • Manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to optimize spending for sales growth while adhering to target ROI parameters.
  • Maintain active relationships and conduct regular meetings with account representatives from major advertising platforms to strategically adjust advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and data analysis on the performance of each channel, campaign, ad set, and ad campaign.
  • Assist in expanding the paid social media portfolio by testing new platforms and marketing products to boost leads and overall business installation volume.
  • Monitor and conduct regular audits to enhance marketing campaigns consistently, driving more leads, sales, and installations.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure proper attribution of leads and sales to paid social media campaigns.
  • Work alongside the conversion rate optimization and sales teams to devise and implement new strategies aimed at improving response rates and sales conversion rates for lead sources within the paid social media portfolio.
  • Coordinate with the Organic Social Media, Influencer, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistency and synchronization across various social media efforts.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing, as well as minor photo editing tasks such as resizing.
  • Research tools and technologies that can enhance performance.
Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing, with a preference for lead generation experience.
  • BA/BS in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Proficiency in managing paid social media platforms.
  • Capacity to learn swiftly, adapt to frequent changes in objectives, algorithms, and market conditions, and develop innovative strategies and tactics.
Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment, routinely utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
