Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled performance marketer with a proven track record in executing cost-efficient lead generation and sales-driven campaigns. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to advance their career by expanding marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage paid social media marketing channels to meet performance goals and facilitate channel expansion.
2. Collaborate on the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns for Vivint's internal sales team, with an emphasis on driving cost-effective installations.
3. Implement strategies and objectives for paid social marketing platforms aimed at increasing leads, sales, and installations of Vivint systems.
4. Develop, execute, and oversee paid social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
5. Build and maintain multiple advertising campaigns targeting diverse audience segments at various stages of the marketing/sales funnel.
6. Explore and test new audience segments for more precise advertising.
7. Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional calendars.
8. Contribute to the development of creative concepts for different audiences, ad sets, and campaigns, ensuring messages resonate effectively.
9. Prepare comprehensive creative briefs for project managers, creative teams, and marketing operations to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns.
10. Collaborate with the creative team to assess performance and brainstorm new tests and improvements.
11. Craft engaging and persuasive marketing copy for digital advertisements.
12. Oversee budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to optimize spending for sales growth while achieving target ROI.
13. Maintain active relationships with account representatives from major advertising platforms to make strategic adjustments to campaigns.
14. Conduct regular tracking and analysis of campaign performance across all channels.
15. Assist in expanding the paid social media portfolio by testing new platforms and marketing products to enhance lead generation and installation volume.
16. Monitor and audit marketing campaigns regularly to optimize performance and drive leads, sales, and installations.
17. Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure accurate attribution of leads and sales to paid social media efforts.
18. Work with conversion rate optimization and sales teams to devise strategies for improving response and conversion rates.
19. Partner with Organic Social Media, Influencer, and Customer Support teams to ensure cohesive social media strategies.
20. Assist with copywriting, editing, and minor photo editing tasks.
21. Research tools and technologies to enhance marketing performance.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in paid social media marketing, with a preference for lead generation experience.
- BA/BS in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency in managing paid social media platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in objectives, algorithms, and market conditions, developing new strategies as needed.
