POSITION SUMMARY
As a key player in our Issuer and Merchant Marketing Team, the Senior Event Executive will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative programming tailored for our payment services clients. This role emphasizes collaboration with various client business units to create impactful sponsorship initiatives that align with marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with team members to generate creative concepts and marketing strategies utilizing sponsorship resources for both in-person and digital events.
- Engage with internal project managers to activate sponsorships and bring ideas to fruition.
- Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, and culinary sectors.
- Support the planning, development, and execution of diverse marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
- Oversee budget management and financial aspects related to event programs.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for projects, including program outlines, summary reports, agency perspectives, budgets, and presentations.
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship or brand marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of sponsorship management practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to client service excellence.
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and perform under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist with various account team duties.
- Experience in budget management.
- Strong prioritization skills and excellent time management capabilities.
- Initiative-driven with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with the payment services industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
