Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team at American Family Care. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing patient counts, increasing market awareness of our urgent care and occupational health services, and developing strategic partnerships with local businesses and medical practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase patient volume and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Represent American Family Care at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
