Position Overview:
As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will align with our mission to enhance and broaden access to exceptional mental health services. Founded in 2015, Ellie Mental Health has rapidly expanded from its initial clinic in Minneapolis to numerous locations across Minnesota and beyond, establishing a network of locally owned franchises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess mental health conditions, develop and execute treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • For full-time roles, maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client sessions weekly.
  • Employ creativity and innovative strategies in therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their objectives.
  • Document each session meticulously as per company protocols.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical meetings and training sessions (compensated).
  • Engage in additional responsibilities that contribute to your role.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license from Texas in good standing.
  • Experience in developing treatment plans and clinical documentation.
  • Preferred experience working with children, adolescents, and teens; experience with older adults is advantageous for LCSWs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion of service documentation.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid Texas license.
  • General knowledge of therapy services and community resources, with a willingness to engage in light community outreach.
Full-Time Benefits (for 27+ hours per week):
  • Health insurance (50% covered), dental and vision plans, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid continuing education units.
  • Eligibility for health benefits 30 days post-employment.
  • Paid holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • 18 hours of paid CEUs annually.
