As a Physical Therapist within our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be to assist patients in reaching their individualized rehabilitation goals and milestones as outlined in their care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and precise documentation utilizing Therapy Source.
- Analyze assessment and diagnostic data, including medical records and surgical reports.
- Accurately transcribe and process medical orders.
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Competitive per diem compensation of $60/hr.
