Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Raymond James, you will play a critical role in supporting our Institutional Equity Sales professionals and teams. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate sales schedules, travel, and client meetings. You will be responsible for maintaining direct contact with Institutional Investors, facilitating meetings and conference calls, and developing business relationships with assigned institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to assigned Institutional Equity Sales professionals and/or teams.
- Prepare, verify, and upload client interaction data to 3rd party aggregators.
- Coordinate and facilitate conference calls between clients and analysts.
- Liaise with clients and sales professionals to facilitate corporate access and analyst meetings.
- Communicate with analysts and/or research assistants.
- Update and monitor client research report subscriptions.
- Maintain detailed working spreadsheets of upcoming events relevant to assigned professionals.
- Perform other duties, strategic projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment or financial services industry.
- Ability to complete all registration requirements necessary for the job within 5 months of start date.
