We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Logistics and Warehouse Operations Supervisor to enhance our warehouse management.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in logistics, shipping, and receiving, emphasizing safety and operational efficiency. While a Class B CDL license is advantageous, we are willing to support the right individual in obtaining this certification. Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and Hazmat shipping protocols is also preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

Warehouse Oversight:

  • Manage daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, order processing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure precise tracking, management, and storage of all inventory in line with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Collaborate with logistics partners to guarantee timely and accurate shipping and receiving operations.
  • Oversee Hazmat shipments, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Work in conjunction with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel, fostering high performance and morale.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse staff to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Implement and uphold safety measures to safeguard employees and minimize incidents.

Inventory Control:

  • Utilize the NetSuite ERP system for effective inventory management and tracking.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and order supplies as necessary.

CDL Responsibilities:

  • Preferred: Possess a Class B CDL license for potential driving duties related to warehouse operations.
  • For candidates lacking a Class B CDL, Expion360 will provide training and cover the costs associated with obtaining the license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Engage in standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Preferred: Class B CDL license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Candidates must pass a mandatory physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
  • Experience with Hazmat shipping and knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
