We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Adyen in San Francisco. As a key member of our Digital and Platforms Marketing Team, you will be responsible for driving impactful acquisition strategies for our Platforms business line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with local and global acquisition marketing teams to design and execute strategies that generate sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and optimize demand generation campaigns, including 1:many account-based marketing, utilizing channels such as paid social, trade publications, display ads, content syndication, and email marketing.
  • Annual Planning: Contribute to the annual marketing plan, integrating digital tactics with in-person initiatives, and working closely with event marketing, product marketing, and the Senior Demand Generation Manager.
  • Account Segmentation: Segment account lists based on market priorities in partnership with Sales and SDRs.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the Studio and Commercial teams to develop and optimize compelling messages and creative content tailored to prioritized accounts.
  • Landing Pages: Plan, build, and optimize landing pages to maximize sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Project Management: Oversee acquisition projects, including creating content briefs for white papers, webinars, and infographics, while coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Agency Management: Regularly collaborate with digital and other external marketing agencies in the management and optimization of marketing campaigns and other programs.
  • Nurture Programs: Work with the global marketing team to develop and refine nurture programs that advance leads through the sales funnel.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, regularly report on performance, and proactively suggest and implement new demand generation programs to address performance gaps.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation with a focus on acquiring new B2B customers.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing, ABM tools, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns for targeted audiences.
  • Strong data-driven approach with a proven ability to leverage data for campaign optimization.
  • Adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a requirement.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10%+.
