We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Professional to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division as a Teller in our National Branch Network.

About the Role

As a Financial Services Professional, you will be part of the fabric of the local community, helping provide the financial service backbone for its residents, employees, and local businesses.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customer engagement by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers.
  • Completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
  • Performing routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization.
  • Receiving direction from managers and exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures.
  • Escalating questions and issues to more experienced roles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Able to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Able to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Able to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Able to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
