Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties, including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning.
  • Maintain all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
  • Remove trash from premises and assist in emergency cleaning.
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform minor painting of walls, doorways, and curbs.
  • Pressure wash walkways, buildings, and other property using power washing equipment.
  • Ensure security procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with building staff.
  • Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
  • Ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in accordance with OSHA.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures.
  • Basic command of computer hardware/software required.
  • Multiple language fluency desirable.

Working Conditions:

The work will be completed both indoors and outdoors in a non-temperature controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels.
