Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Job Summary:

The Resident Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating residents' access to community-based services and benefits, fostering collaborative initiatives with residents and community partners, and maintaining resident files according to HDC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Center residents' experiences to deliver services that meet their unique needs.
  • Support residents in achieving self-sufficiency and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Foster collaborative and participatory initiatives with residents and community partners.
  • Work seamlessly with property management staff on resident referrals, eviction prevention services, and community building efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files.
  • Submit reports to HDC and other regulatory agencies as required.
  • Participate in organization, team, and cross-team meetings to facilitate effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed Resident Services Performance Standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with at least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
