Job Title: Biological Sales

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in northwestern Iowa. As a Biological Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling innovative, new biologicals into the agricultural market space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call on agricultural grower customers and prospects to set up product trials and sell a line of agronomic biologicals.
  • Establish relationships with current agricultural grower contacts and build a new sales territory.
  • Work closely with the owner to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry, preferably with a large footprint of established ag grower customers.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of agronomic principles and midwestern cropping systems.
  • Ability to build a new sales territory and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven individual with a strong customer service focus.
