About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Shottenkirk Automotive. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their requirements, and match their vehicle needs with one in our current inventory.
  • Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority.
  • Attend sales training and become proficient in product knowledge and the sales process.
  • Full knowledge of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and successful referral business.

Requirements:

  • Previous successful car sales experience is a plus, but sales experience in any industry, such as Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Electronics, or Retail Sales, will be considered.
  • Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, and be self-motivated.
  • Skilled car sales representatives should have a professional appearance and good communication skills.
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
