Brand Partnerships Manager

Gina Group LLC is looking for an exceptional Licensing Manager to lead our fashion industry licensing efforts. The successful candidate will have expertise in licensing, brand management, and negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the fashion industry. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Licensing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute licensing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Negotiation and Contract Compliance:
- Negotiate contracts with potential licensors, ensuring fair and equitable terms.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Salary:
An estimated annual salary of ($85,000 - $105,000), based on skills and experience.
