Role Summary
Jasco Products is seeking a Bilingual Consumer Care Technical Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clientele.
This position operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with call center availability from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our products.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is essential.
- Assist customers via phone, resolving a variety of concerns and technical challenges.
- Receive comprehensive training on Jasco's product range, including universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation solutions.
- Facilitate customer feedback to enhance product quality, packaging, and user manuals.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
