A full-time position is available for a Property Tax Specialist. The primary duties encompass managing tax payments received through various channels, alongside addressing customer service inquiries. This role also includes the issuance of Certificates of Taxes Due, overseeing mobile home operations, and performing historical tax investigations.

  • Deliver professional and precise customer service through multiple communication channels.
  • Facilitate tax payment processing utilizing diverse methods.
  • Conduct historical tax investigations and manage certificate issuance.
  • Prepare and issue Manufactured Home Authentications.
  • Reconcile cashiering batches and execute bank uploads.
  • Investigate and process pre-paid tax payments.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of relevant office experience with an emphasis on customer service.
