Disability Tax Reporting Analyst

As a Disability Tax Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of disability tax information. You will analyze tax data related to disability benefits, deductions, and credits to ensure compliance with regulations and related functions associated with the company's payment of disability claims.
This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $44,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze disability tax data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tax reporting processes
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on disability tax reporting matters
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations related to disability benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree - related experience can substitute
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience in tax reporting
- Or, equivalent military experience
