Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with Autism

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to providing high-quality services to children with autism and their families. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Board Certified Behavior Analyst Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Create individualized, research-based client programs under the direction of the BCBA
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
  • Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Assist with patient assessments and reassessments for assigned caseload
  • Conduct direct therapy, model, and support behavior technicians to achieve optimal expectations of direct treatment
  • Maintain and organize patient materials necessary for therapy treatment
  • Monitor parent training goals to ensure parent involvement and generalization of skills
  • Provide feedback and modeling to promote a positive work environment for all staff
Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in a Master's program leading toward certification in behavior analysis
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
