KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, Development + Execution
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, from initial design through to final implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Foundation's design team, external partners, and client representatives to align project goals.
  • Work closely with production and installation teams to establish timelines and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Engage with clients and suppliers to identify potential challenges and develop solutions that optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with various subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and project flow.
  • Facilitate the installation of completed projects, including site management and logistics, while conducting necessary site visits.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with contractual agreements, addressing any issues promptly.
Scheduling
  • Create comprehensive work plans that outline the sequence of tasks to be accomplished.
  • Analyze project plans and proposals to determine appropriate delivery methods.
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules for each project to guarantee timely completion.
  • Document and communicate any modifications to the work plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate project milestones to all relevant stakeholders.
Financial Oversight
  • Participate in discussions regarding financial planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure projects remain within the agreed financial parameters.
  • Uphold all contractual obligations and ensure projects meet financial requirements.
  • Develop and manage precise project budgets, ensuring clear communication of financial expectations to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on budget status to all project participants.
  • Manage contract variations with clients as necessary.
  • Evaluate bids from contractors and select preferred vendors based on project needs.
