As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the manufacturing and packaging processes of our bread products. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating production schedules, ensuring product quality, and fostering a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage weekly production schedules in alignment with inventory policies
  • Design employee schedules while ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to meet customer delivery timelines
  • Conduct product inspections for quality assurance and train staff on quality standards
  • Modify machinery and processes to fulfill product specifications
  • Proactively identify and resolve production challenges
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Document production metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Adhere to safety and quality compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in bakery operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Spanish language skills are preferred
