Electrical Systems Engineer

At Precision Life Sciences, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to lead the development of our catheter electrode array and system accessories. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong background in electrical engineering and biomedical instrumentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for our catheter electrode array
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level requirements are met
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO regulations
  • Work with software teams to design solutions for system-level requirements
  • Responsible for planning and executing pre-clinical animal studies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering with instrumentation focus
  • 5+ years of experience in medical equipment or related hardware instrumentation
  • Working knowledge of medical device standards, including EN and ISO 13485
  • Experience working in an ISO 13485 or similar regulated environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
