Electrical Engineering Team Lead

BETA Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electrical systems for our electric aviation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including circuit design, system integration, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and test plans.
  • Perform DFMEA/FMEA analysis and hardware safety testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in power electronics or electric vehicle industries.
  • Excellent documentation skills and experience with design tools such as CAD and simulation software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with design of experiments and simulation techniques.
