Job Overview

About the Role

This is a 32 hour per week position working Friday to Monday, with a focus on supporting multiple areas within Psychiatry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide supportive counseling, education, and resource support to patients and their families.
  • Identify and advocate for the needs of patients and their families, promoting holistic care and improved health outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to drive system improvement and advance patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or equivalent licensure.
  • May require additional clinical licenses, certifications, or training depending on the specific role.
