Job Overview

Community Concepts is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Energy Auditor. This full-time position involves working with clients to improve the quality of life for individuals and families by ensuring they have a safe and healthy home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement energy-saving plans to reduce energy consumption and costs
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to complete projects
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • Two years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Maine State Licensed Energy Auditor or BPI Building Analyst certification preferred
  • Valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance required
