Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Intellipro Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery process, including coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong experience with last-mile operations, including managing delivery teams and coordinating with drivers.
  • Good experience in distribution and warehouse operations, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate independent judgment and initiative, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements at the Federal and state levels is required.
  • Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and work with employees at all levels required.
