Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with the promotion and effective utilization of CSL Behring's product portfolio while overseeing all facets of business development within the designated territory. This role involves fostering and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. The Regional Sales Manager will drive demand for promoted products, showcasing robust clinical expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

· Drive product promotion and enhance product usage across selected customer touchpoints, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, treatment centers, patient advocacy groups, and specialty pharmacies. Cultivate customer advocates for the promoted offerings.

· Accountable for establishing new accounts and expanding existing ones through strong customer relationships, effective communication of technical product information, and proficient territory management.

· Develop and execute territory business strategies aligned with corporate objectives aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, competitive landscape, and distribution channels.

· Implement key marketing initiatives to boost market share for targeted products.

· Ensure appropriate call frequency with assigned accounts and adjust as necessary to align with current product priorities.

· Stay informed on the latest clinical literature and relevant information from medical journals and other sources.

· Apply the CSL selling model (PS2) effectively during customer interactions, utilizing strong opening, probing, listening, and closing techniques.

· Collaborate with patient support organizations as appropriate, adhering to CSL Behring's standard operating procedures.

· Remain aware of significant market trends and opportunities, effectively communicating insights to management.

· Represent CSL Behring at relevant customer meetings to enhance visibility of the company's products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.

• At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in field sales and market share enhancement.

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment.
