Regional Sales Manager, Specialty Delaware Valley

CSL Behring is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Delaware Valley region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and programs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 6-8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
