Job Summary

CSL Behring is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Immunology team in the West Region, Las Vegas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and utilizing CSL Behring products, managing territory business development, and cultivating relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Promote products and increase usage among select call points, including HCPs, hospitals, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies
  • Develop customer advocates for promoted products and maintain proper call frequency with assigned targets
  • Stay abreast of current clinical technical literature and implement key marketing programs to increase market share of key promoted products
  • Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings and actively work with patient support groups as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
  • Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
  • Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors a plus
