Job Title: Residential Administrator

Community House Mental Health Agency is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 24-hour facility, providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide supervision and training to residential staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and incident reports.
  • Manage resident trust accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Facilitate communication between residents, families, and external providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote resident engagement, participation, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Current Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience working with mental health populations or related social service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including 24-hour back-up as required by WAC and agency policy.
