Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Lewiston Motor Company. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet customers promptly and establish a rapport with them to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Vehicle Information: Obtain and verify customer and vehicle information to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Estimates and Recommendations: Clearly report all vehicle symptoms and determine the necessary maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history. Prepare accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Quality Control: Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order and explain all completed work and charges to customers.
