Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is a key role within our Commercial Insurance team at NFP. This position is responsible for working closely with our Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier contacts to ensure seamless service delivery and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to promote our insurance solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive to communicate directly with clients and carriers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client needs.
  • Manage client files and policy records in accordance with our agency management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Take ownership of an assigned book of business, driving growth and retention through proactive account management.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Self-confident to make sound independent decisions, with a customer-focused approach to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as agency management systems.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
