The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a liaison between our local Region and Red Bull Distribution Company's Finance and Human Resources Service Center, you will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This includes working closely with our teams to provide exceptional customer service, manage office resources, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our teams, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
  • Developing and implementing office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
