Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance in troubleshooting corporate software applications by utilizing a Knowledge Base and directing issues to the suitable support teams as necessary.

- Adhere to all escalation protocols in line with service level agreements.

- Employ remote assistance tools to support end users when required.

- Maintain precise documentation of each interaction in the incident management system.

- Exhibit extensive knowledge and skills in the relevant area and apply them effectively across functions.

- Serve as a technical advisor to colleagues in resolving technical challenges and related issues.

- Anticipate client requirements and proactively seek out solutions.

- Organize, prioritize, and execute tasks to achieve set objectives independently while having the backing of the broader team.

Qualifications:
-

- Minimum of 3 years' experience with PC operating systems.

- At least 3 years' experience in a customer service environment.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Technology Support.

- Familiarity with Networking Concepts, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Local Area Networks (LAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Preferred: Information Technology Certifications, particularly Computing Technology Industry Association A+ Certification.
