Bilingual Reception Specialist
The Bilingual Reception Specialist serves as the initial and ongoing point of contact for all clients, members, and guests at Weinstein Health And Wellness LLC. This role is crucial in ensuring that visitors feel welcomed and at ease during their time at our facility. The specialist will foster and maintain positive relationships with clients through warm interactions and by providing insights on the most effective products and supplements available to enhance their wellness journey.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Exceptional organizational abilities are required to manage multiple tasks, including:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Following up with new leads
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Promote and sell retail products to clients effectively.
- Keep clients informed about current promotions and service discounts.
- Process client payments for services and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interactions with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the facility as required.
- Gather client feedback on service levels and encourage positive reviews.
- Notify team members of any client cancellations and the arrival of clients.
Assist in the development of promotional events aimed at increasing memberships.
Manage software systems to maintain up-to-date records of client visits.
Address customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Articulate and personable with excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy working with clients and possess experience in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette, with the ability to utilize technology for information management.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various assignments during each shift.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the facility.
- Preferred experience in medical spas, retail, or sales roles.
- Experience with spa management software, such as Zenoti, is a plus.
