Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, assisting with the development of technical solutions, and serving as a technical expert for various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Apply technical expertise to complete work assignments and support business-specific projects, ensuring team adherence to procedures and policies, and coordinating resources to meet priorities and deadlines.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, providing technical explanations and examples to influence business decisions, and promoting learning and self-development within the team.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to develop requirements for complex process or system solutions, leading junior team members as needed, and leveraging multiple business requirements gathering methodologies.
  4. Develop comprehensive business cases to assess the costs, benefits, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of proposed solutions, and provide recommendations to management and business stakeholders on integration with current systems and business processes.
  5. Support solution design by providing insight at design sessions with IT teams, identifying and recommending additional data and/or services needed to address key business issues, and participating in evaluating third-party vendors.
  6. Support continuous process improvement by participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized tools, templates, and processes across multiple business domains.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field, and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
  2. Three (3) years of experience working for a healthcare organization and/or an IT organization.
