In this role, you will work under the general supervision of the Unit Director and with the authority of the Chief Nursing Officer to apply the nursing process and provide individualized care to patients. You will interact effectively with patients, significant others, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

To succeed in this position, you should have basic knowledge of biology and chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and nursing procedures. You should also be able to supervise and direct other team members in an effective manner.
