Role Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our patients, ensuring they receive the necessary post-operative guidance and support throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
2. Respond to incoming inquiries with accurate and satisfactory information regarding post-operative care.
3. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure all post-operative patients are supported.
4. Maintain ongoing communication with patients through various electronic channels (e-mail, messaging, etc.).
5. Collaborate with team members across departments to address and resolve patient concerns.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and proficiency with technology is necessary.
