At Vail Resorts, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through our fleet of vehicles. As a Vehicle Maintenance Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet, while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and instruct personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment
- Diagnose and perform major repairs and overhauls to gasoline and diesel engines
- Inspect, service, and repair vehicle braking systems
- Provide daily supervision and oversight of team staff and ongoing projects
- Assist management with developing the best possible fleet management program
Requirements:
- Experience in Automotive, Truck, Heavy Equipment, Fleet diagnostics and repair
- Ability to analyze complex vehicle and equipment problems
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Benefits:
- Competitive pay range: $27.00-$33.00/hour
- Full-time schedule with opportunities for advancement
- Tool allowance and ski pass
