At Pathways Vermont, we are committed to permanently ending homelessness and offering innovative mental health services through ongoing supportive social work.

The Service Coordinator will be a member of our interdisciplinary team, providing flexible, compassionate, community-based services that promote stability, recovery, and community reintegration for individuals who experience mental health challenges, histories of homelessness, and may also have challenges around substance use.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of supportive counseling skills, and the ability to form relationships with marginalized individuals. They will also have excellent communication, writing, and computer skills, as well as excellent independent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to intuitively approach challenging situations.

We offer a competitive salary of $20-$21/hour, a $3000 hiring bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability and life insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan.
