Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers, completing a variety of customer transactions, and utilizing face-to-face opportunities to engage our customers in a friendly and positive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to customers while completing a variety of customer transactions
  • Utilize face-to-face opportunities to engage customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Listen to customer needs and refer solutions for their banking needs
  • Process cash, check, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Responsible for the efficient and effective overall management of the Customer Service Specialist line
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordination of all daily Customer Service Specialist activities

Requirements

  • Basic computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all customer matters
  • Strong leadership role with potential for further development and leadership opportunities
  • Strong product knowledge and consultative selling skills
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, or prior success and achievement equal to 5 years of service in the business world in a leadership position
  • 1-2 years previous teller experience
