Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have 7-11 years of experience in the design of steel and concrete structures.

Licensure as a structural engineer in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin is preferred, or the ability to obtain these licenses.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with construction methodologies, proficiency in creating design and construction documentation, expertise in structural engineering software, excellent communication abilities, strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and a collaborative approach.
