Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at United Employment Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building design and analysis, with experience in precast concrete design and project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the design of buildings, including performing engineering design for components and connections, 3D finite element modeling of components, and 3D modeling of structures. They will also be responsible for preparing documents in both CAD and BIM environments and managing project and project team to successful completion.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred. They will also have a minimum of 7 years of diverse project experience in the design of buildings, with demonstrated professional growth.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively within a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of structural analysis and design fundamentals, 3D finite element analysis, diaphragm analysis and design, snow, seismic and wind analysis and design, and structural integrity requirements.
