Compensation: $16.34/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product and billing details, tracking information, order updates, pricing quotes, and freight charges to clients through phone and electronic communication.
  • Process purchase orders received via phone or electronically; confirm and input details such as pricing, ordered items, and payment methods into the system.
  • Calculate credits, price estimates, taxes, and freight charges on quotes and purchase orders while managing rush orders efficiently.
  • Notify accounting when accounts are on credit hold for appropriate action.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service Technical Support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare packages with specific shipping and packing instructions prior to dispatch.
  • Coordinate shipments among the factory, customers, and freight forwarders.
  • Prepare documentation for processing credits, debits, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in interpreting sales orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, including reading and writing, is preferred.
