- Embody the Orangetheory Fitness culture by providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions and marketing initiatives to effectively communicate with members.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a quota-bearing structure.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and team members.
- Functional computer skills, including MS Office programs and basic computer software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, evening, and weekend hours.
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift files and equipment, and perform other physical demands associated with a fitness studio environment.
